  • The villa is located on the border of the Dutch city Groningen, and has a capacity of 1200 m3. Due to the specific program requirements, the interior was the starting point of the overall design. The interior spaces gradually flow into each other, without specific wall barriers, creating a transparent living environment. The south facade has a large glass facade. behind this facade is a small vide situated which allows light entering the house, creating a nice spectacle of ever changing shadows. The villa is a two story building consisting of a voyer, 2 storage areas, an open kitchen with a cooking island, large living-dining area, 3 bedrooms and a studio. The villa is designed in collaboration with Urbanizer architects and contractors from Utrecht The villa has been constructed in early 2005.
