Final Design 
- The complex consists of 4 individual 3- bedroom villas, located on sloped hillside lot in the Dawn Beach Valley area.
The 4 homes are lined up alongside a private road that provides access to each individual home.
At the street level each home has a private garage along with 2 additional parking spaces. The circular shapes of the pool basin/garage provide the complex with a playful and inviting character. Each curb further defines the individual homes. The access lane is enhanced by streetlights and landscaping.
The individual homes have been positioned in such a way that they make best use of the natural slope of the terrain thus creating a natural feeling. In addition, each home has been slightly rotated in relation to the next home to optimize the views. The characteristic circular elevations further contribute to this by not obstructing the line of sight for each subsequent dwelling.
- The rounded protruding roof ‘grows’ as it were from the home and reaches its maximum width over the master bedroom terrace. As such it functions as an ‘umbrella’ and contributes to the playful architecture of the development. The circular opening in the roof functions as an architectural element through which there will be a constant shifting between sunlight and shade. The thickened roof-edge will have a contrasting color. This serves to further define the circular shape so that it can be easily observed from surrounding lots and the valley below.
Each home has a private entrance staircase. This staircase lights up at night and provides access to a semi-enclosed entrance area. To create a greater measure of privacy the main entrance has been placed parallel to the direction of this stairway. Upon entering the foyer the circular wall segment guides the visitor to the spectacular stairwell as well as the hallway to the living room.
