To create a maximum of privacy within the villa the living room is placed between the bedrooms which also
allows terrace and pool access from all the ground floor areas. A logical sequence between the entrance,
garage, storage, pantry and kitchen provides a functional performing friendly villa. To maximize the flexibility
of the concept two prototypes with the same principle were elaborated, one with the access in front of the
house and one with a back entrance, by simply adding or removing bedrooms the villa can be adopted to everyone’s wishes,
from a 2 bedroom up to a 4 bedroom villa. To liberate this concept from style every concept is designed
in a Caribbean and a more Modern minimalist style resulting in 12 different models with the same concept.
