The 4 luxurious apartments are located at Cole Bay Estate on a steep narrow lot, which has a view in direction of Cole Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
The building is designed in a U-shape form, creating a playful intimate courtyard from where the apartments are accessible. The U-shape allows natural light to enter the home as far as possible.
To create optimum privacy the 2 building volumes are slightly turned away from each other. The building has a sculptural character with its seemingly randomly placed volumes and openings.
All apartments have a private garage and large storage area on the ground level. From there, one can enter the apartments by elevator or by stairs.
The apartments consist of 3 bedrooms and a large living-dining-open kitchen area and a large covered outside area. The dividing glass facades can be opened completely to enlarge the total living area.
The two top apartments consist of an a large "penthouse-bedroom" on top of the building.
